What is Groop Swoop?
Each day Groop Swoop features a local business, offering an incredible discount on something to do or try in the city. Promotions are negotiated exclusively for Groop Swoop and offered only to Groop Swoop users. We are able to get such great deals because our promotions are negotiated as a group deal. By participating in the promotion each day, you become part of the Groop!

How can I participate in the promotion?
Simply click and buy the promotion of the day and you will be registered into the group purchase. Each promotion has a time limit, so make sure you act fast and come back daily to see what we have in store for you next. Remember though, if the minimum number of people don’t join the group then it won’t be Swooped so don’t forget to tell all of your friends!

So, what’s the catch?
In order to Swoop a deal, the Groop must gather a minimum number of participants before the time runs out. If we don’t meet the minimum, the deal is canceled and no one is charged. If we do meet the minimum, everyone gets the deal! Yay!

I bought the deal, now what?
Once the minimum is met, you will receive the coupon in your Account within 24 hours. To retrieve the coupon, simply go to www.groopswoop.com, log in, go to My Account, print your certificates and enjoy!

Will my card be charged right away?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of a successful promotion. If the promotion does not meet the minimum number of participants your card will never be charged.

How do I use the coupon?
Each coupon has its own restrictions but normally, the coupon will be good the day after the promotion runs. Just bring the coupon with you when you visit the business and you are good to go!

Do I need my I.D. to verify the coupon?
Nope. Each coupon has a unique number and can be used once by who ever has it. Feel free to buy multiples and give them as gifts to your friends and family.

What if I want to buy it as a gift?
Print out the coupon and give them to the lucky recipient!

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Unless your card was overcharged or the business closes, we do not offer returns. As the coupons are issued through the merchant, any concerns you have with their product or service should be taken up with them. Contact us at info@groopswoop.com for more information.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Of course! As for anything on the internet we are skeptical just like everyone else and take your privacy extremely seriously. If you don’t believe us, click the link below and you can read how serious we (and our lawyers) take it. Don’t worry we never sell or give your information out to anyone. That’s not how we roll.
